Is it time?

If any of this sounds familiar, we can help.

Most families reach out not because of one big moment, but a slow build of small worries. If you recognize a few of these, it's worth a conversation.

You don't have to wait for a crisis to ask for help.

  • A parent managing but alone.
  • Daily tasks getting harder.
  • A recent fall, hospital stay, or diagnosis.
  • Memory changes that make being alone less safe.
  • You're doing it all and running on empty.
Why this matters

A real agency, with real oversight.

Not every “home care” service is the same. Many are registries that simply hand you a name. Medna employs and stands behind every caregiver who walks through your door.

Getting started

Care can begin in a few simple steps.

1

Complimentary in-home assessment

We visit, learn the situation, and talk through what kind of help would make the biggest difference.

2

Match a caregiver

We pair your loved one with a vetted caregiver suited to their needs, routine, and personality.

3

Care begins

Care starts on your schedule, with a registered nurse overseeing the plan and a team you can reach.

How payment works

Simple, with more options than families expect.

Most of our care is private pay, billed by the hour, with no long-term contracts. Many families also use one of these:

Private pay

Straightforward hourly care. You're only billed for the hours you actually use.

Long-term care insurance

Have a policy? We'll help you understand the benefit and put it to work.

VA benefits

Eligible veterans and spouses may qualify for help through VA Aid & Attendance.

We'll walk you through exactly what applies to your family during your complimentary assessment.

Common questions

Questions families ask.

How quickly can care start?
Often within a few days. After your complimentary assessment, we move at the pace your family needs, faster when it's urgent.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
We keep it flexible. Many families start with a few visits a week and adjust over time.
Are caregivers employees or contractors?
Employees. Every caregiver is W-2, background-checked, insured, and overseen by our registered nurse, not a name from a registry.
What if the caregiver isn't the right fit?
Tell us, and we'll make a change. We'd rather get it right than leave your family stuck.
Do you offer live-in or overnight care?
Yes. From a few hours a week up to 24-hour and live-in support.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the hours and level of care. We give clear, honest pricing up front during your assessment, with no surprises.
